KORG XE20 drums and percussions lost

Hi, I have an XE20 arranger. I cant anymore play drums, percussions or any sound. At startup, I just hit split and have no sound on lower keyboard. Checked sound level and changed sets, still ni sounds. Anything I’m doing wrong ? Any way to reset the keyboard to factory settings, in case I messed up with the settings ?
