Problems with PC after installing updates

Post by Mike-pol »

Hello
My system is PC on Windows 10.
I followed all the steps installing all updates.
So now my Wavestate is 2.0.1.
However the following problems occured after installation.
1. My mouse is freezing when connecting Wavestate to my PC via USB.
Mouse is wireless Logitech MX Master 3 - and never had any problems with it before. To get it back to normal, I have to unplug Wavestate and restart my PC.
But when I plug Wavetstate again via USB, mouse is freezing again. etc.
2. I can not install properly the Sampler Builder program. Once it is installed for the first time, it seems to run, but when I quit that app and want to lauch it again - it prompts me to perford the whole installation procedure again.

Did anyone else encoutered such problems?
I would appreciate any advice.
Regards
Mike

Hi Mike , Sample builder , After you install, Pin to your taskbar . If you want a desktop icon . Go to programs in the Korg folder , you will see launch icon . make a short cut to desktop . You should be able to launch Sample builder , From desktop icon or taskbar . win 10 . This works for me , I hope it works for you. TotallyKenny .

Thanks TotallyKenny for your reply and effort... but it does not work in my case.
Once I exit the app, and want to start it up again, it does not want to launch but prompts to be installed again, and so on and on.
The installation itself looks strange also, like it is incomplete.
Anyway, thanks for advice.

Ok
Finally found the solution for problem 2 (thanks for a hint Kenny)
The launch icon was in different folder for some reason, and I could not find it initially.
So this is solved, but still have an issue with my mouse freezing when connecting WS via USB to my PC. What is interesting - wire "old" mouse works, only the wireless one is freezing. After unplugging WS and restaring Pc - everything comes back to normal.

Mike , Do not close the app ,If you haven't ,try to pin the App First . Then close the app . Should have an icon on your taskbar, open it from there . I hope this works .. TotallyKenny .
