Hey guys, sorry if was discussed already - have not found it.
So i have original MK with some of my sounds that i want to move to XL+
Is there a way to do it with some converter and Editor?
or only by manually programming all the stuff?
thanks

I am not aware of any converter between the original mK and the XL+...
So manually programming it will be, I am afraid. Now both architectures are similar, it should not be too hard, only time consuming.
Note if your mK programs are factory ones, there exist library files for the XL+ which contain the ported mK programs already. Similar files with ported factory programs of the MS2K and MS2KB exist as well.
Bye

Indeed, that is correct...
Even if a converter would exist, it can not fix that either.
Some samples are maybe pretty similar but at another entry in the PCM table, then you can change them.
Also for patches that don't use PCM samples, 100% accuracy may not be achieved, but close enough to some extent.
In the end, it are still 2 different boards that have a very similar sound engine, but not completely the same.
Have fun.
