Wavestate and midi

Post by bluejayway82 »

Hi Brains Trust!

I am having a hard time playing my wavestate from an external midi source; neither my MPK49 or my Keith McMillen 12 step are working as of yet. I'm sure this is user error or something that I am missing as I don't live in synth world full-time.

has anyone got any ideas of what i might be missing here?

Thanks in advance

Connect a midi cable from your external keyboard midi OUT to wavestate midi IN. To make it easy, on your external midi keyboard, choose the midi channel number 1. Load a factory performance on your wavestate, then play on your external keyboard. The latter should trigger the WS
