I am having a strange glitch with my unit. I am unable to switch tracks when in sequence mode. I have updated the firmware to 3.11 (the most up to date version), factory reset unit, unplugged all pedals, and changed polarity on pedals even when unplugged.
As I have exhausted my ideas on how to fix this issue, I need assistance solving the problem.

Had this problem yesterday.
On this problem I was editing between two songs and on song2 the same glitch occurred. The first time it happened, I switched back to start one and toggle the track options, then went back to song two and it worked. It occurred again a little while later and the first solution did not work. I exited out to either program or combination, re-entered back into signature mode, and then it worked again.
At the end of my four hours of work, I tried saving all the data to a new USB drive, since I upgraded my old floppy to a USB drive,. Everything seemed like it saved and then when I turned off the keyboard and back on again, the USB drive stated unformatted although I’d already gone through that the first round. Extremely frustrated and don’t know what to what to do with this issue now
