KA-320 power adapter not available in Europe - now what?

I'm looking for a replacement for my KA-320 power adapter that's hanging on by a thread.

It seems the KA-320 is unavailable everywhere. Do any of you know of a suitable alternative power adapter that is available in Europe?

I find one very similar in Romania. The only difference is on plug.
The price is around 9 Euros (44,28 Ron).
