Korg PA700 Sequencer Mode Query

I want to ask that when I am composing a song in 16 track MIDI Sequencer, I want that Sound A plays (Say Piano) and after some time, in the same track, some other Sound B plays (Say Guitar). Is it possible? In other words, I want to ask that I want a sound maybe piano in track 1 and later in the song I want guitar in track 1 only. So how do I do this in keyboard?

* I do not want to exchange the melody played in piano by guitar. What I want is that after piano, guitar plays in the same track. I hope, I am able to explain!!

During your recording a track in sequencer mode, change the sound from piano to guitar at the desired position and the sequencer will save this sound change as desired.
