Hello Guys, I have a happy month with my Pa300.
My question: is a future update of the operating system possible?
If so, I would like them to expand the memory for samples from 32Mb to 100Mb
and the function to convert styles from other keyboards (Yamaha,Roland) to Korg.
I appreciate the answer in advance.
Cheers
Pa300 can still be updated?

Hi Hans
I would very much doubt you will ever see an update for PA300.
If Korg did create one, they would get mega-abuse from all the other PA model owners who have been screaming out for updates.
STYLE conversion has always been a big subject - I am not familiar now with the 300 but if you can import MIDI into STYLES then that may be an avenue for you to explore.
I wish I could give you more hope.
Take care
Pete

Hi Pete, I appreciate your prompt response.
I was afraid
it's
Pa300 doesn't have Midi to Style conversion function, still I enjoy it.
My decision to buy Pa300 arose from the need for a second keyboard that was lighter to transport, and had the necessary resources to work live.
(Masses, Serenades, Weddings)
I have my Yamaha PSR-SX900, but I want to leave it for music production tasks at home, as for live work it is relatively heavy at 12kg vs. 8kg. of my Pa300.
Working with the two keyboards is wonderful, since each one offers its charms
I send you a big hug!!
