Set-Lists only via display
Hi,
on PA4X we could use the 12 Keyboard Set List buttons to select the Set-List easy and qiuck.
Now you MUST use the display for that.
It´s much worse than before...
Missing Mic-Knobs for Volume.
Using the programmable sliders / knobs is no solution ( e.g. if you´re playing drawbars you first have to switch to another assigenment before you´re able to change volumes of the mic / harmoniser )

Solution with using KeyboardSET category buttons to select item from the setlist was completely useless. User were force to remember what he/she has in the setlist under chosen number.Snoopy wrote:Hi,

Re: Set-Lists only via display
I was thinking they were Programmable Favorites. Couldn't you just set them to the Set List you wish to play? I think they can be set to Style, Song, or Setlist.Snoopy wrote:on PA4X we could use the 12 Keyboard Set List buttons to select the Set-List easy and qiuck.

different people, different opinions...
For you and your workflow they might have been useless...
I use them ( the buttons ) on every gig !
We´ve got a playlist, the setlist is organized according to it.
Song finished => one klick and the next song can start.
Meanwhile i can change ( if necessary ) other settings via display.
If you "forget the number" just notice it in your iPad, Tablet , leadsheet or whatever you use

Re: Set-Lists only via display
I don't agree with you.... When you select a song, no matter if you select it from Songbook or a set list, you can always see in the display which song you have loaded.... By pressing the wrong button you'll notice that on display and you can simply select another song using the keys....pawlikp100 wrote:

What is the point of selecting a song with "the blind button", since you can select a song from the setlist where you can see its name and there is no way to make a mistake?MikeVVught wrote:I don't agree with you.... You need the display to switch to setlist view first before you can select one.pawlikp100 wrote:...What is the point of selecting a song with "the blind button", since you can select a song from the setlist where you can see its name and there is no way to make a mistake?
If you´re using drawbars ( as an example ), you´ll have to switch back from the setlist-page back to the other page.
That´s not necessary if you switch via button
