Zero 4 CD/Line in not working

Hi,

I'm happy user of Zero4 with my technics 1200's and ms pinky+ableton, running on macbook everything works just fine,system can see the firewire audio channels...but
I bought the denon hd2500 as my backup system and I'd like to feed the zero4 with signal from hd2500 . but incoming signal from the hd2500 is very weak, distorted and is leaking into each channel on zero4..when I turn the faders and gains on maximum,there is still only weak signal (maybe 2 leds are flashing, even if master is on max)
I spent 3 hours trying to change settings in zero,with no results
phono in works perfectly, cd/line in and instrument in doesnt work at all
is there any way how to fix it?
the firmware is 1.60
hd2500 works fine

I found the solution !
I opened the zero 4 and there was a cable which was disconnected.
that's not serious for a professional product that I just buy.
but it's ok now I'm happy.

I opened my Zero4 today and found the cable disconected as well
Now everything works perfectly, even the Rec out
