Pa700 Touchscreen not responding

Post by Albertano »

Hello Everybody. I was wondering if it is possible working with PA700 without using the Touchscreen. The fact is that frecuently the touchscreen behavior is unpredictable or freezing.

I have tried several suggestions from this forum, from cleaning the screen, verification of the Pa700 grounding, checking the power source but the problem remains the same.

Is it possible to work Pa700 without the touchscreen?

I would appreciate any help regarding to this problem.

Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately for most functions you need the touch screen to be working.
Have you had any tech look at the issue?

Pa700 Touchscreen not responding

Yes, they did. Just about five o six months ago I had the same problem, then the Technical service changed the power supply because they said that there was a problem with the regulated voltage. So the Pa700 worked fine for a few months and noew the problem is back again.
