Sound Patchname file for Cubase

Hi all,

You will find patchname definition for Cubase.
I only done FACTORY sounds not yet LEGACY and GM/XG.
I will do it as soon as possible.

On Audiokeys.net, FLOYER helped me a lot to finalize the file.
