Cannot register download on Nautilus

Hi,

I bought and downloaded EXs289 and installed it. When it comes to registering the download on Nautlilus, the keyboard does not offer any hyphens to input the code correctly and I am left with an unfilled space at the end and the VERIFY CODE is still greyed out, What am I doing wrong

Help greatly appreciated

You're not supposed to include the hyphens in with the code. Just include the code that you received from Korg. It should be 24 characters long. Good Luck!
