Hi all, my very new Nautilus 73 has one black key that makes a squeaky kind of spring noise. Anyone else come across this?
I've seen just one post online about this, but several people seem to have come across this and returned their units. I'm concerned that this problem develops the more you play. It's just too expensive a unit to develop such an annoyance in what is otherwise a really lovely keybed.

Thank you Dan, I have emailed you. The issue is incredibly annoying, I'm now on my second Nautilus 73, and have the exact same issue but in a different location. I'm not sure that the issue will calm down after a while because it wasn't there when I first took it out of its box and tested it, it developed after a few hours play and got worse. I don't think it will get much worse than it is currently, and the key isn't 'faulty' as such as it still works, but it's odd that one key should make such a noise where the others do not!Dan Stesco wrote:I guess the noise will calm down after a while of use. This kind of keybad has no mechanical problem in the past. If it persists, please send me a small video with the phone and will report it.

I am suddenly having the same problem with two keys (noisy key spring).
Nautilus is 6 months old, never had problems before.
It's very irritating.
Did you find the solution?
Regards.
