Is Native voucher attached to the physical synth or Korg ID

May be someone knows. Please only answers from people having experienced it, not the logical self interpretations...
Another way to ask it : if I buy a second hand wavestate, could I benefit from the voucher to buy Wavestate Native at reduced rate, even if the previous owner has already used the voucher ?
