HELP! how to load only one Combi from a PCG

is it possible to load or import only one combi from a PCG inside the X50?


can anyone knbow how can be possibile?

I mean
ifit is possible to load only one program in a specific slot....ex....Bank A 019 load Piano from a POCG or an Xall file.

I don't own an X50 but if it works like most Korg workstations, you should be able to load and save a single program from a PCG file.

I'd suggest first saving a backup of your current keyboard memory with a Save All to a new PCG file.

From MEDIA or DISK mode (whichever it is called on the X50), select the PCG file with the program you want and Open it (don't Load it).. Then continue to Open several more subdirectories until you get to the program you want. You should be able to audition it when you select that program. Then you can Save it to the location you want (doesnt have to be the same bank/location it was in the PCG file).
