5X to Cubase

Is it a fact that I cannot connect the PA5X to my Cubase DAW? Is it really only for live performances ? Oh no.

Hi , I’ve had mine connected to my old XG Works sequencing software , only to audition a .mid file though. Can’t comment on cubase though

Many views for which I am grateful. In fact, forget Cubase in particular, how about --any DAW.
Is the PA5X a stand-alone instrument?

Mine works fine with Reaper for my needs. Can't say about Cubase, don't use it.

Any instrument with midi capabilities CAN be connected to other midi-capable devices. That's been the case for at least 50 years.

You gotta be more specific with the question!

Hi, i'm a newbie with Daw programs, but i searched and read so much about everything... but i can't do it work like i want!
I own a Pa5X and purchased also a new midi interface Motu M2, because i want to connect to Reaper (for testing, to have the same instruments on the Daw)
Now i noticed that there are no software like the Kronos Editor, not even a Driver for Mac OSX 13.5!
I want to create or transform styles on Daw and send it to PA5X to hear
Maybe the PA5X.XML file would resolve this?
