Is it possible to send Midi CC from Korg Volca Bass to The Korg Electribe 2 Sampler ?

What are you trying to do...?

Sounds like you're thinking of using the Volca as a MIDI controller. This would require editor software (like the Korg software for the Nanokontrol series MIDI controllers) to edit what CC messages the Volca would send to the Electribe, which doesn't exist.
