Battery Issue???

Well, I've had my PA4X since it first came out so I guess it's about time for something to go wrong. I've noticed that the volume keeps fluctuating, down and back to normal. It could be one of two issues. The PA system is losing some of its juice or the PA4 is losing power. I thought I read somewhere that there is a battery in the keyboard that may have to be changed at times.
Has anyone else had this experience or is it just me?
If it is a bad battery, what kind is it and where do I find one?
