I bought a Nautilus, and hope to make it compatible with my Kronos.
To that end I am updating the firmware.
Should I choose 1.2 or the 1.3.2 update?
After that I plan to get the Kronos for Nautilus EXi packs.
Then I will figure out how to transfer my Kronos Set list, Progs/Combi's over.
Thank you for any insight if you have done this already.

Which OS update to choose
PA5X-76, Nautilus-73, Kronos-73, M3-73, Radias-R, Triton Extreme 61, CX-3, N1R, Micro-X, Kontrol49, MicroStation, T3 workstation, Mini-Korg 700s, RK100s, MS-20i controller
Hi there,
The OS/firmware version is unlikely to impact Kronos <--> Nautilus compatibility, in terms of transferring your Kronos sounds to a Nautilus. It is mainly a matter of reassigning the multisample numbers in each program since the ROM and internal arrangement of multisamples in both units differ.
Also, about 30% of those units' multisamples are exclusive - older ones in the Kronos not available in the Naultilus and newer ones only found in Nautilus. For those exclusive samples, you will have to find and assign other ones which sound as close as possible, which is often not so difficult, but takes time. Guys like Michel Keijzers (PCG Tools freeware designer) might already have analyzed that stuff closely and able to further guide you.
Finally, there were initial comments by Korg about a Kronos to Nautilus converter, but I personally never saw one. Maybe others here followed what happened with this and will comment.

Update Process
On the Korg Nautilus Download page, I find the following:
1) Nautilus Sub-System Firmware Updater (version 1.1)
2) Nautilus System Updater
There is documentation for a version 1.2 update that is not there.
The Nautilus System Updater is at version 1.3.2
My Nautilus is at Version 1.0.1
So, Do I load the Sub-System 1.1 first and then the 1.3.2 update?
or
Just load the 1.3.2 update.
Thanks,
Rockitman

Solved
So I emailed Korg USA, and they answered that it is fine to go from 1.0.1
right to 1.3.2. The sub-system 1.1 update is not required.
So problem solved.
