How to move the Wavestate Native window?

How to move the Wavestate Native window?

On my Windows 10 PC the window seems to lock to the top on my screen and cannot be moved (no matter what Size is selected).

I must be missing some simple control perhaps.

Any fixes or solutions?

BTW Modwave Native does not have this problem
