Please help!- drum samples completely muffled and muted

Hi, this started with the drum button in program mode. The drums are muffled and barely audible. Then I opened the drum kits and about 90$ have the same problem. All bass drums and snare drums. Anyone kno what is going on here it’s brand new instrument. ??!!!

If you open a D-kit in a new programs all IFx, MFX and TFX slots are empty.
Start from existing drum programs and choose your own D-Kit.
