Play All in Songs doesn't work

Hi,

I have some mp3 songs copied to Flash drive for the PA700. The Play All feature doesn't work which I think is caused by duplicates of these mp3 songs that are somehow created in the flash drive. And the duplicates are first on top of the list. The duplicates comes with ._ ( this is a dot and an underscore) before the title of the songs. Yesterday I added a couple more songs and there were no duplicates. And these two songs were placed on top of the list. This time the Play All worked but only for the two songs cause after the second song was a duplicate with the dot and underscore before the title. There were no duplicates displayed on the Havian 30 that I used to have copying the same mp3 songs so there was no problem using the Play All feature.

I use regularly Play All mp3 songs on my keyboard and it works correctly, no problem.

The duplicates with ._ (dot and an underscore) are created in Mac.
You need to delete them first in Media > Delete.

Hi BR, I tried this and when I open the folders where the mp3s are it’s blank.

Go to song mode and select your flash drive and open it to load one of your mp3
song. Please report back if this fails.

It does this. But when I go to Media mode, it’s not showing anything.

You should see your mp3 songs in Media > Copy and Delete tabs.
It's normal that they (mp3 songs) are not shown in Load and Save tabs.

I am glad that you figure it out.

I don't know about the Havian 30 but AFAIK regarding Pa700, Pa1000 and Pa4x this is not a problem.
For example, the .Set files are supposed to be loaded into the keyboard, that's why you can see it in Media > Load tab.

Mp3 files are not supposed to be loaded and saved into keyboard but they are supposed to be read (song mode),
copied or deleted in Media through the devices (ex; HD, SD card, Flash drive).

For example you can use Copy tab in Media for copying your mp3 songs from a flash drive into the HD or SD card (if you have one installed) in your keyboard.
