just wanted to let everyone no about support@korgusa.com .after bringing my Korg 3x to a couple of certified Korg techs ( got their names from korg usa ) , and have them do a terrible job , not really fixing the problems , i contacted Korg . i got a fast response , the charge $75.00 + parts , you pay for shipping ,, so i just mailed them my keyboard & i am having them go completely thru it ... ill post the estimate for repairs & when i get it back ...
