Missing/Blanked out Keyboard Sets?

OS v1.1 was an update , only full versions v1.0 and v1.2 can be compared.
If directly after v1.2 loading a factory resources restore was followed then you have done nothing wrong !

To be honest i'm becoming frustrated now especially with conflicting answers all be it really appreciated and i no people are trying to help....
But is it me is it Korg?
I really like this Keyboard but i'm starting to think the same as you.....

Yes i installed v1.2 then a full factory restore....and now the missing upper 1'2'3's on various Styles....
Really frustrating....i'm patient and can wait for another update but worried about its another issue and not an update fix....

To be honest i was aware of alot the issues there before buying but it didn't trouble me too much....i just play at home for pleasure....alot of those problems wouldn't effect me.....
But missing Factory sound sets is a big problem for me....
That is border line unfit for purpose....
And more worrying for me now is it the latest update or not?

Whats more worrying is :

That WAS the LAST Update ......there arnt anymore
as there now focusing on the PA6X ?

To be honest as much as i'm frustrated at the moment i cant see that happening....
I'm going to log my concerns via email officially so i have a dated reference just in case this is more than a Software issue and i'm still well in warranty...but hopefully it is just that....
