Unable to load avatar! Please help!

Hello guys! I spent hours (!) to load a Ukranian flag avatar to my profile without any success! I tried different formats, resolutions etc
If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it! A simple rectangle would do, the colors are divided horizontally with the blue on top and the yellow on the bottom. Would appreciate your help!

Follow the requirement specified and it should work fine:-
Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 65 pixels, the height no greater than 65 pixels, and the file size no more than 15 KB.

That's exactly what I did for many, many times. Simply, it doesn't work. That's why I posted here asking for help!

Oh ok - well I'm not sure how I can help - I'll try and test it out - maybe a bug????

Seems there is a bug however you should be able to use one from the gallery....
