Lecacy Cell reports „failed to load“

Dear all,
first of all I want to say that i‘m really happy with the KORG plugins, especially the wonderful Legacy Collection.
I have installed the Korg Software Collection 4 via the newest Software Pass. Any plugin seems to work perfectly, either as standalone or within my Cubase 12. But Legacy Cell 1.8 does not work, the standalone says „Failed to lioad“ and the plugin version is not working wither, I assume because of the same error.
I already deinstalled the program and removed the settings file. But after re-installation same problem. Has anybody else a similar problem with Legacy Cell?
