Global Sound does it again

Post by nickt_123 »

I had the pleasure of visiting KeySound music shop in Hinkley UK last weekend where I got the chance to meet the shop owner Steve and also the owner of Global Sound - Timur Sakka who travelled all the way from Sweden to UK to demonstrate his latest product for the PA5X - The Artists Edition Pack

I have to say that we were all completely blown away by the quality of the product which now contains many of the sounds from Genos 2. When playing the G2 and Pa5x side by side, the PA5x sounded far superior to the G2. One of the guitar sounds was so realistic you could use the joystick to ‘tune’ the guitar before playing. This guitar is only one of 380 sounds ( 200 Genos sounds) you get with the pack along with styles, Keyboard sets and lost of pads which when all played together deliver a truly outstanding sound.

I think it’s fair to say that Timur really knows his way around the PA5x and as a result he uses his talent as a sound designer to produce results far better than any of the standard factory sounds.

Hi Asena. Isn't it against the rules to have multiple accounts from the same IP?

It appears that there may be some difficulty in handling a bit of competition, which is regrettable...

Guitar Tune

Post by nickt_123 »

Its a feature that doesn't actually tune the guitar but when you have loaded the sound you can use the joystick to change the sound of the guitar so it sounds like you are tuning it - a bit like performers on stage or in a band - its so realistic and not just pitch bend. That's about it. Hope that helps

Here is the video of the Karma 2.0 pack demonstrated by Asena himself. I have put the actual point in the video where the tuning of the guitar effect is shown. The guitar sound is Flamenco 2021.
