Bug when i start m’y nautilus

Hello, first message and sorry for my english…

I can’t play with my nautilus since this morning. When i put the power on , few minutes later, at the end there is a freeze on #finish up ».
No access to my playlist…nothing…

Is it possible to start with an usb key or anything else??

Disconnect any USB storage devices from the Nautilus before powering it up. Also, disconnect any MIDI cables, either DIN MIDI, or USB MIDI.

It could be that a system restore is necessary, using the Restore disk in a USB-DVD drive.

As I wrote on your mail, will need to install the Nautilus from system disk. Please call service or your local dealer to help you with that. Maybe will check the SSD integrity too.

Merci Dan. J’ai lu à l’instant votre réponse et Je vais suivre votre conseil. J’ai envoyé hier un mail au magasin et au distributeur pour qu’il me répare cette machine. C’est la 1ere fois que j’ai un soucis aussi rapidement avec une machine et j’en ai eu des synthes en 40 ans. Pas de chance.
