This going around in circles. My question was in regard to an update for pa4x users. This was already mentioned sometime ago. There would be free drumkits and additional free of charge updates for customers of previous titles. I enquired about this and you said to subscribe to the website which I did, sending an email. But after nothing further happend and I aks about that here you are pointing to me to the website again and the available products there.


My question is: as a previous purchaser of the PA4X platinum pack are there going to be any further free of charge updates such has been spoken of in the past?

I am not here to question your integrity but want a once and for all clear answer as I have asked this question on numerous occassions for the past three years and I only ask the question because you yourself spoke of these updates and additional drumkits.

A once and for all answer please and then I will leave it be: will there be additional updates for customers of previous titles and in my case for the PA4X and if so what and if so when?

I also recall you informing me that you would be sending me an update. I have never got back in touch with you asking when this will be as I believe that you will honour this.
My suggestion to you is " don't be like Korg" just let people know if this is going to happen or not. If it is give an indicationof time scale. If not just say so, I for one will not lose any sleep over it.

I must also say many thanks for the sounds on package.

I agree with the other comments . I have no problem with what you have provided Asena. I bought the platinum pack for my 4x and I am happy with it . But …. Yiu did say that there would be updates in the future that would be free . That hasn’t materialised .

If you’re not going to do this , then don’t say that you will . It’s not good business
practise .

I will finish the update and send it to all of you, but since we have reached the amount of user samples it was a mess to fix it.
I’m always holding my promise.
And YES I have the dk s and some really nice sounds you all will be happy for and yes it’s free.
Especially some
Styles we build and remixed is really nice.
I just have to finish my gigs and than I will just make some edits balance of the mix for styles and we are good to go.

And please try to understand that, I really try my best.
I don’t wanna just send you all something that’s bad, as all I made before THE BEST, and you will not be disappointed.
