Metronome MIDI out

HI Guys,

I'm currently sending Metronome thru OUT1 to my bands aux but I need to have that output for Percurssion (band with drummer but no bass), OUT1 bass OUT2 percussion OUT L+R Upper and Accomp.

So I want to MIDI out the metronome of styles and songs to an external device. What do you recommend?
I actually have a macbook pro 2014 with ableton installed. Will this be a good option? Or will I have latency issues? Can a simple MIDI cable like roland UM-ONE MK2 sufice?
