OS Update

Post by mabcomp »

Korg Germany answered my complaint :
Hi Torben, we're sorry to say this, but this is absolutely not true. The Pa5X already got quite a few updates with improvements and new additional functions, and we're tiredlessy sharing with our customers on social media as well as our official product support that of course there will be more updates in the future, and that the next OS version already is waiting right around the corner. We still don't have a fixed release date for that new OS version, but we know for a fact that it won't take much longer. As with every other product, KORG is constantly working on the Pa5X series and trying to implement all the things users are wishing for in their instrument, as far as it's technically possible. But there's many users asking for many different specific things, so it's just not possible to implement all of them with one single huge update within a few weeks. So we're kindly asking you for your patience and can assure you that there will be a new OS version for the Pa5X series very soon.

Who said I had a complaint? I merely copied that statement from Facebook as I thought it would be of interest

Why do you keep posting that misleading and irrelevant link?

..?

Why is it wrong and irrelevant? I don't see the reason for such a comment. Read the whole post and you will see what it is about. The link is correct. A very important topic. If it's irrelevant to you, don't comment.

Without credible sources, background information, or reliable data to support your statement, it is difficult to have a productive discussion.

Acting in a defensive or confrontational manner will not resolve your issue and does not foster trust or credibility.

@Korg2024
Please stop multiple posts in different topics - if you need to make the same statement in several topics, create your own single topic for discussion.
Also the post-item-link in your post does not relate to this topic.
