Bonjour ,voici mon probleme : j'allume mon PA4X ( POWER ) , l'ecran démarré me mais le logo KORG et commence a ce charger ,me marque l'OS INSTALLE 3.1 et la plus rien ,il ne se mais pas comme prevue sur STYLES PLAY .Il reste figer sur os installer . J'ai reconfigurer avec os 2.00 , et c'est toujour le meme probleme. Je les éteint et rallumer plusieurs foi, et toujour pareille .Pourriez-vous m'aidez , je suis désempares; MERCI

L'unica cosa da provare è un ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica. Eseguire un ripristino di fabbrica potrebbe risolvere il problema se causato da software corrotto o da impostazioni errate. Il ripristino di fabbrica eliminerà tutti i dati utente, quindi dovrà poi ricaricare il suo ultimo backup (che spero abbia da qualche parte).

I reinstall the firmware file of the full version v2.00 which has 2.4 GB, and the problem and always the same . I don’t see what more I can do. Always no solution.

We need more informations to help you
First, unplug the power cord and eject any SD card or USB stick on your pa4x
Second, wait some minutes and make a video of your Pa4x booting
Finally, upload this video on a sharing website and post the link on this forum.

You should also tell us what happened before the problem occurs.

I think the installation of OS-v310 was not possible, so the Pa4x should therefore at least work satisfactorily again with version 2.0.0

Before you install update v3.1.0 you got the important note from Korg to be sure, your Pa4x already includes OS v2.0.0 (you can check it in the Media > Utility page).
If it does not include perfectly running OS v2.0.0 you should download it and install v2.0.0 before installing v3.1.0.
Unzip v2.0.0 requires an USB flash with at least 150 MB of free space to be used for installation according to the instructions (Charager le system).

If everything is ok with version 2.0.0 now same adress is for download of Pa4X_Operating_System_v310.zip (185 MB).
Unzip it to get Pa4X_Operating_System_v310.pkg and Pa4X_Operating_System_v310.upd. + Loading the OS-instruction.

Installation manual in pdf format (in French) is included in the package and describes installing with one of two extensions: “PKG” or “UPD” and further details like necessary "Cleaning the User Sample Memory" and "Loading Musical Resources (Factory Restore)".
