Erasing old pan setting

Post by ChrisM »

Hi,
Been scratching my head here, but can't figure out how to erase an old panning setting in sequencer mode.

Any help would surely be appreciated.
Thanx in advance

Load the Song in question, and select the MIDI channel to be edited. Note the start and finish locations (Measures and Beat Ticks) in the Song where the changes need to be made.

Go to Menu page P6 (Track Edit).

From the top right dropdown menu, select either Event Edit, or Erase Control Data. Erase Control Data is better suited to deleting whole blocks of MIDI events, whilst Event Edit is better for more selective changes. Whichever method is chosen, make the necessary changes to the settings, especially regarding filtering the MIDI events in the Event Edit menu, to make the events less numerous and easier to scroll through. Changes to the Pan settings will be CC#10 events.
