Certain keys on korg krome behaving strangely on every octav

Every B key has suddenly stopped working unless hitting it hard, and when I play a b followed by a c there is a horrible harmonic.
The bizarre thing is how it's on every octave.
And the b key works when climbing to it from a, but not when coming down from c.

Does the same thing happen with all Programs or Combis?

Does the same thing happen using another keyboard to send MIDI to the Krome?
