Problems that must be solved in the next update... Please!

Post by Korg2024 »

I will soon record a video that will be uploaded to YouTube. I don't see any other way to get in touch with KORG administrators, moderators or someone who would convey our problems and messages... In the video I will talk about the unprofessionalism and disrespect of the KORG company towards its loyal customers. Of course, it will be about the Korg Pa5x... Please, write only the necessary things for correction. Wishes will not be included in the video clip, but things that are necessary to function. This goes in an infinite direction. They play with our time, our lives, our money. Here, rudeness exceeded our tolerance, understanding and waiting for two years and more... Please, no stupid comments. To whom the Korg Pa5x works ok, do not advertise. Only honest comments and people for whom, like me, the Korg Pa5x doesn't work quite right. So... Write about what needs to be fixed in the next fast update of the Korg Pa5x operating system!

Please take a few minutes... Don't write nonsense. Think about it. Write honestly. This is for the benefit of all of us as well as the KORG company which definitely has a desperate team and a lot of problems. But that no longer justifies this waiting and disrespect, unprofessionalism. So, please pay attention. Think, think, and only then write briefly, clearly, concretely. Thanks for your understanding!

First of all it is important that the Pa5X has the same functions as its predecessors. The LED problem should be solved free of charge.

In light of the current circumstances, it is imperative that we cease purchasing Korg products until such time as they demonstrate a willingness to address our concerns.

Should it be the case that they are indeed listening, then it appears that their arrogance has clouded their judgment regarding business practices between themselves and its customer, as there appears to be a lack of promptness in addressing concerns.

Effective communication is crucial in any business relationship, and it seems that some within Korg may not fully recognize its importance.

It is no longer practical to continue requesting solutions from Korg, as it appears to be an unproductive endeavor.

I believe that one crucial feature missing is the "quick recording" function, or whatever it's called—the ability to record style performances as MIDI songs. Audio recording simply can't replace it: you lose the ability to solo or mute parts, change keys, adjust volume balance, or change instruments after the recording is done, etc. Releasing a top-tier arranger without this function seems almost criminal :)

I agree. I'm not buying anything from Korg, and whenever there is a discussion about Korg products, I always mention that Korg is no longer a reliable brand. I don't care if doing so is useful; I just feel like I am doing the right thing.

I bought the Pa5X after learning from KORG that the Oriental version will be available as a hardware upgrade that can be purchased separately as a SIM Card that plugs into the back of the keyboard.

Now, two years later, they have introduced a separate Oriental version and still NO NEWS about the availability of an Oriental Sim Card!
... I am stuck :(

How did you find out about that? Was it through written communication? If so, could you please share their response, such as a screenshot of the email?

It was in one of the long promotional review videos when the device just came out. It was in French. I will look for it and share.
