Hello,
I would like the recognized chord, displayed in the status bar when I play on the keyboard, not to change when I transpose the keyboard.
I'm pretty sure I've done this in the past, but I can't remember how.
I checked the user manual in the section “Transposing the score and chord symbols” on page 483 but it doesn't answer my question.
By doing this, it's possible to see the same chord written on my score and in the status bar, but to hear the notes tuned differently (for example to match the key of the original song).
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

Re: transposition displayed in status bar
Thierry,
I also would like the recognized chord, displayed in the status bar when I play on the keyboard, to not change when I transpose the keyboard. In other words, I want to be able to read the chord that I play on the keyboard in the status bar even though I have changed the master transpose for a specific song. Like you, I have not been able to make this happen. Seems like we ought to be able to do this given the various score and chord symbol transposition combinations but no luck so far.
Suggestions from anyone appreciated.
Ron

Re: transposition displayed in status bar
Hi.
I would like to be able to choose which chord info is visible in the display, either the one we actually play, or the chord that we hear after transposition.
In other words, both the way Korg has chosen, and the way Yamaha has chosen with the option to choose which one yourself.
