I think this is going to be a large project for Korg. At least they now acknowledge the issue and are ordering the new LED's. The Engineers will be very busy in the coming months. Korg U.K. have said they will send an engineer to my home to replace the faulty LED's and I am currently awaiting a call from Head Office at Milton Keynes. Received my phone call from Korg Uk today and my details are being passed to an engineer to arrange an appointment, the work will be carried out at my home (good news) and I believe they will be replacing all the control panel buttons, so we seem to have a solution coming from Korg that will remedy this problem...
The fact they are prepared to travel to customers homes to lessen any inconvenience is showing good service and making clear steps that they want to keep customers happy...
Next stop... The forthcoming comprehensive OS update (if one exists).
