Hey All,
Been out of the loop a bit, but my OS is 1.2.1 right now and I need to update to 1.3.1
Is it okay to skip 1.3.0? Or should I update that one first before 1.3.1?
And likewise, the same if 1.4.0 comes out soon?

Yep , you can directly update to any version newer or older.
