Unable to record drum track

Post by Alp »

Hello, thanks for reading my post.

I have not used my M50 to record for a few years. Today I went about recording a song idea in the same way I remember doing it in the past when I recorded some ideas using combis. This time I am using a program.

Everything records except for the drum track when I play it back on the M50.

I made a video to demonstrate the problem.
Two in fact, one is of the main screen while recording. The other is wide angle, me playing.
In both you can hear the drum track while I play but it never gets recorded in Seq when I record it.

What am I doing wrong??

On the Sequencer main page, go to the Preferences tab, and ensure that the Multi REC box is checked. Next, go to the main Prog 1-8 and Prog 9-16 tabs, and tap the onscreen Play buttons for each of the MIDI tracks/channels that you want to record simultaneously, so that they show [Rec].

The [Rec] option is not available on the Prog 1-8 and Prog 9-16 tabs, until the Multi REC box has been checked. By default, it is unchecked.
