Hi!
If I want to record/play multiple channels from my electribe to ableton via midi, the signal will double everytime because there is only one audio channel, right?
Would an audio splitter help to negate that problem?

It would be useful if you could give us some idea of what the intended result might be. Is it to create multiple tracks, which are then mixed to give a final production, or to create stems, or to give a fatter sound?
It's possible to set up any number of audio tracks in Ableton Live, and then to record on any two of them, or to a stereo pair, at a time. Would doing something along those lines help in any way?
It's also possible to use Ableton's own built-in instruments, and trigger those with MIDI from the Electribe. The MIDI data could be recorded as MIDI clips, or the audio generated by those built-in instruments could be recorded, and turned into audio clips.
