Korg T3EX missing presets

Hi.
I got a T3EX but on every bank I see init prog.
I've changed the battery but it did not help.
Is there any way I can download factory content and upload it to T3EX?

The battery is used to maintain the contents of the CMOS RAM, where all of the Programs, Combis, and Global data are stored. Replacing the battery won't restore the data. It has to be reloaded from a Factory Preload Disk. Alternatively, the data could be loaded using a MIDI or SysEx data file, generated from a working T3EX.

It's worth keeping an eye on the likes of eBay for the T3EX preload disk. They do seem to pop up from time to time.
