In relation to the OASYS Song Format, the relevant section in the pre-released Kronos 3 User Guide is essentially identical to the User Guides issued for earlier versions of the Kronos. See e.g. page 121 of the Kronos 3 User Guide (KRONOS_Op_Guide_E1.pdf), or page 125 of the previous version of the document (KRONOS_Op_Guide_E10.pdf).

The Kronos can load and play OASYS Song format files with a number of caveats. These relate to differences in the order of preloaded Programs in the two instruments (Kronos and OASYS), the MIDI file resolution, audio directory names, and long file name support. So basically, a little bit of work will be required for the Kronos to play OASYS Song files correctly. See the User Guides for the details.

Thank you so much for reaching out to help. Unfortunately, i won't be able to utilize your advice as my capacity for using such a mass of printed material is severely limited both by my low vision eyesight and challenged comprehension of computer related subjects. i was hoping for a VERY basic step by step guide (e.g., "1. plug a into b, 2. copy c to d by 3. pressing button e on c and f on d . . .") to transfer my Oasys song/sequence data to a new Kronos unit (when they become available). i realize now that the hand holding i'm requesting is asking far too much of one's precious time, and i sincerely apologize. So i'll most likely scrap the Kronos purchase, since the Oasys is good enough (except for so many outdated sounds) to produce decent demos.
A musician friend told me about a subscription website called "Musiversal" where they can take a demo i make on my Oasys and do a professional high quality full production, performing with both acoustic and more modern sounding virtual instruments, arranging, mixing, engineering, and mastering to a broadcast ready song for under $1500 (?), Does anyone have knowledge and/or an opinion about this service?
Gratitude [-o<
