Thanks for sharing, this feels like the first real positive step here on the forum to connect with korg!...

This should give Korg the clearest feedback possible...

The more we report, the better chance we have of helping them make the Pa5X as stable and polished as it can be for everyone.

Not sure about if it's waste.
The wording in this "autoreply" that's make me feel this is another case than usual regarding autoreply.
"Thank you very much for your contribution and feedback regarding the Pa5X OS 1.4.0."

The mailadress is also other than usual: noreply_1.4_OS@.... Why do they use the addition to 'noreply'?

noreply is been using for years as email address design to outgoing only, is to let people know, nobody read it.
as _1.4_OS is to separate from others, they must have many noreply emails, contain different subjects.

most company is not reacting at all for noreply emails, Korg at least has auto response "Thank you very much for your contribution and feedback regarding the Pa5X OS 1.4.0."

It can of course be a automatic reply as a result of filled and sent a message by use of a form at K's website or a reply to a conversation sendt to another Korg adress where the topic was OS v1.4.
