NOT OK!

Dear Daniel, Personaly I had great contacts from korg, yes some of them helped me and others realy much!
Like friends YES i love them, But they do not give us this KB,s for free Rigth?
And No i do not agree on that they solved problems like they shuld!
We are not beta testers, And also they did not fixed KORG Pa3X problems either did they?NO!
Still STS losing problems are just one to mention.
Of course i will help to solve this together whit all of you, including the KORG, But NO!
No one replays back for mails.
I undarstand that you do not have any problems, do you record and dig like me, Also there is tecnicians that knows Electronic, and programing that can proof that there is problems, On the videos, there is nothing to hide!
There is problems on the KB,s OS! YES and it,s remaining, I do not blame any one , I Just want the OS to be work as they say it does!
We know that it,s complex OS, and KB, many features etc.
And yes it,s fear to tell them that there is problems on the OS.
I did not do anything bigg to Hang the KB, Just tried to change some of the Onboard DK sound to RAM(SAPMLES) And recorded/Re Edited a Style whit that. Thats all,

The KB Os system tels me that this is posible yes?
Than why is the KB Freez or hang.
So i,m not here to talk bad about the Team behind the KB, I respect the Korg team, Great KB YES nice Sounds YES, but the OS is not Safe, and YES they are fixing it, but evrytime it,s the same, Waiting and Waiting, And i cant explain when it hangs midle of a concert Gig, the problem for the audience, they do not care and undarstand it, they just want me to Play and do my Jobb!
It,s not easy to say, (SORY THE OS OF MY KB IS NOT READY) !
Sory Daniel, I just do not get this,,, !

Well said and agree with all your statement.

After all, here in this forum, reporting issues and expressing the opinion are the right of all users as long as
do not violate the forum policy and I am sure that Korg would be happy to read/hear all these reporting and
opinions in order to improve their flagship.

Do not forget we paid lot of money for this Flagship keyboard (personally US $4000) so
as a customer it's absolutely our rights to expect a reliable/working keyboard at this price range for
Live Performance, since basically the Pa4X is designed for live performance.

The biggest general issue with nearly all the reported problems is lack of background and detail.
Of course EVERY reported issue could be a real OS bug but it is more likely (as Daniel says) be a user-related issue.

If Korg read these reported problems there is not enough information for them to act on them in most cases.
It's a bit like taking your PC in for repair and saying "my PC freezes" - immediately the service engineer will have 100 questions for you to get background information.
Then it's an often long process of elimination to get to the cause of the problem.
The permutations of PA4X configurations would run into the 1000's if not millions.
The PA4X is a complex computer with an OS, RAM, CPU, devices and many physical controls - far more than any regular PC/Mac

So detail detail detail will help you get some results like listing all your GLOBAL settings, what is currently loaded (PCM, etc....), what you were doing at time of problem etc....

You cannot expect any action from Korg or any engineer without that detail - to just say "it's a bug" or "the OS is not ready" are unqualified, misleading and potentially incorrect statements.
But they could be completely correct with the appropriate detail.

Of course you are completely entitled to air your frustrations - most of us have some.

When this kind of problems appear, i send the .set file to some realy skilled persons,
And i even sended some set,s of mine to KORG!
I have not only recorded 20 seconds of the Lag, I also sended videos that explains when and how it hangs.
So Sure, i can send it to you, And you can test them,
Just to much gigs now, And Plese pray for me, so 20 of Maj will be with no hangs on STAGE!

Hi Asena - I thought you had probably done that already so that's good - hopefully you will get some answers

My suggestions above were not pointed at anyone specifically. I am just trying to help.
