Yes, it's because that set is using foreign samples that can't be loaded into your keyboard.

No, you do NOT have to buy Motu Ethno instrument. That's only a sample library plug-in produced for oriental musicians, but has nothing to do with Pa500 . Even if they gave it to you for free, it'd be a totally useless addition to your keyboard, unless you're planning on recording music in your computer or something.

No I don't need it with my Pa500, I just need some program on my computer which can play these styles that way I can connect the computer to the PA and play my Pa500 along. Please advice. Thank you

Still, Ethno software can't help you with that. There's no such a software that could read and play Korg PA series styles ...Nothing in this regard has improved with any of the PA series including PA3x.
