How I load a PCG file?

It depends how you loaded the patches/banks. I usually suggest to loading patches separately instead of full banks.
Maybe this guide that I'm writing could help (its for the M3 but the basics are the same): http://korgpatches.com/help/LoadPcg Also there are reference pages to the manual at the bottom of the page for further reading as well.
