So you've listened to the crowd and have decided to create an online store for your sound sets.

Good for you. Start earning some cash for your efforts.

But I think it would be a nice idea to offer a reduced price to anyone who gives nice comments on your demos.

I am a piano guy. I wouldn't know how to do that without months of experimenting.

Nice work as always! Thanks Qui!

don't worry about that :), that's a normal time frame to tailor these kind of sounds to the end result. In fact, my first piano from this set (the celtic piano) was created almost a year ago, then the last three months i've been busy to constantly finetuning the piano soundset, so it took me months also.

The hard part was the high end of the sound, if you listen closely to the demos then you hear that the high end of the piano sound has a kind of singing voice to it which blends perfectly with the piano sound. I always wanted to achieve that sound but i never managed to do this. After months of experimenting i've discovered the method to achieve this, i was so happy that i finally got the result i've wanted, so i've added this method to most pianos in the set and they sounded exactly the way i wanted.

Now the pianos sound like a piano where there is an atmosphere behind it that is definitly there, but is hardly noticeable. But even the solo pianos have that 'singing' high end sound.

I so want that "skinny love" piano version you made.
The others sound very nice as well.

it won't take long, the store is nearly finished :)

the skinny love piano was actually quite hard to do. It has a specific 'distance' recording sound which was quite hard to achieve with the EQ and effects, also the ambient sounds of the pedal and board had to be replicated. Now since not every piano has a loud pedal resonance as sample it took quite some time to find the correct combination of sound for me :)
