What you have to take into consideration is those tracks are MP3's.
MP3's suck all the sound out by over compressing the wave files. I don't think my Pa1 sounds any different to my Pa3xPro. The only reason I purchased it was for the built in TC Helicon. I was able to get a good price for my Pa1 and my TC Helicon VoiceLive3. For me the Pa4 does not give me anything more. Buts that's just my opinion.

Hi Don,
Nice job on those two songs.
In the video, it looks like you are using two of the Bose L1 systems behind you but it seems that you are only using the top sections. Unless you are up on a stage or platform above the power stands I would be interested to know how you achieved this.
THEY ARE L1 Compacts. They only have a top section and they are 1/4 of the price of the L1 Model two

I use my Korg PA1X mainly for composing song writing and arranging. Because of its built-in speakers ,its perfect for practice in tight spots such as in peoples homes or in the church where I normally perform. The inbuilt sequencer means I can develop my ideas quickly without the need to carry additional equipment and without the need for a laptop or any additional software. We also performed with the instrument when I don't have other musicians to accompany me and I use it in rehearsals for choir practice to rearrange songs to give them new life. Here is a clip of a song that I arranged and sequenced directly into the key board at my sisters home. It's an old clip And I have posted it before but I don't think Paolo will have seen this. The sound quality isn't brilliant as it was recorded on a mobile phone however you can get an idea of how i use my ancient keyboard 😉https://www.youtube.com/shared?ci=LuHlpvrZ3Hk

Glad you liked it tommy . I have uploaded some other songs on my YouTube site . Everytime I think about treating up for a new keyboard, I just think into my existing keyboard and I am inspired again to continue to create and explore. I really can't see myself trading in this keyboard for anything else.

ME NEITHER. Of course I've said that a few dozen times before, but it may well be true this time!

Hi there,

I'm mostly playing style (80%) and the rest equally divided between mid and mp3.

Usually I play at home for fun with the arranger.
I also use the keyboard for rehearsals/events with a band.
Occasionally used the arranger to play with a singer using the TC to create backing choirs (even if I don't have a Bublè voice I got a nice result indeed).

Cheers.

Wonderful music, Worth! Inspiring. Such great singing as well. You enrich many people's lives with your music. Thanks for sharing the clip.

I posted it on my Facebook page for my friends to illustrate how much talent there is in the world that we don't see on TV or hear on the radio.

Minneapolis musician thank you for your kind words . Feel free to share my music . I hope it blesses those who hear it .

Here is a song I did with my children's choir called "Young Hope" some of these children were 8 year olds when I recorded this performance and they are now respectful polite and confident teenagers now !! Such is the power of good music , a supporting community and careful mentoring . The song is called "praise is what I do " and is one of my favourite songs . It's also the title song on the DVD we produced some years back for the parents of the choir . I wish I could share that with you all .

The entire song was performed live at my church which holds a congreagstion of 600 people. I used a style I created from scratch and played live with no other musician and believe it or not no external amplification . What you will hear is an amplified children's choir and just my beat up old but much loved korg pa1x.

Enjoy

In this forum we most often discuss of hardware and software issues. What about adding some music? Aren't we musicians, after all?

I'm personally very curious to listen to what people do with our instruments. Would you like to share some of your music here?

Thank you!

Paolo
Thanks so much for your interest Paolo to find out what kind of music we play! I play many genres because Australia is multicultural contry and it forced me to experience all kinds of music! Also I try to help other musicians to understand the freedom of working in these wonderful instruments KORG PA series, of course in my spare time.
I will post only last two posts on my youtube channel not before thanking KORG company for all the effort to help musicians worldwide.
