Hi guys,
When I play live with my band I'd like to get the monitor in of other instruments (guitar, voice, drum, bass guitar) directly into my Kronos
In this way when I plug my ear monitor in the Kronos I can have the monitor of the band
Is it possible?

Not really, or rather I'm not sure the "solution" would be workable for you. The headphone output of the Kronos mirrors what goes out of the main L/R outputs. So if you run the band monitor into the Kronos and you want to hear it it'll go back out of L/R too.
What you could do is program your patches so that they all duplicate to outputs 1/2 and run THAT to the FOH. It's an imperfect solution but the only way do kinda do it.
Personally I use a small mixer.

Run a Monitor out from your mixer into one of the external inputs on the Kronos.
But for in-ear you need to have all of the band fairly well-mic'ed. Relying on what comes from the vocal mics doesn't really work.
Much better - get a cheapo headphone mixer and run the monitor feed through that.
But even better and much safer - buy a wireless IEM transmitter which includes a limiter because at some point something loud will mess up your ears
